A working web app in 1–2 weeks, with your data in Europe

A first version you can open in a browser and show people. User data stays on a dedicated EU server. Olivabot (Amsterdam) builds it and can keep it running.

Price

€5,000–€10,000 excl. VAT, fixed after a short email. 30–50% to start, rest when you can use it. Then from €100/month excl. VAT if we host (server, backups, updates — not new features). After you pay, the app is yours.

ChatGPT or hire us?

Use a chatbot if it is a demo with fake data and you can run the server. Hire us if you have real users, need data in the EU, and want a link that stays up.

Do it with a chatbot

  • Demo, fake data
  • You fix deploy and backups
  • Fine if it dies next week

Hire Olivabot

  • Real users, data in the EU
  • We host from €100/month
  • Invoice from a Dutch BV

Same idea as Mycosense: a site and a database in Europe. This is not GDPR certification — data can stay in the EU; you still own the legal side. For a risk pass on cameras, sensors, and leaks, see GDPR consulting.

Email what you need

Short answers

Where does user data go?
A dedicated server in the EU. Not sent to ChatGPT unless you ask.
Who owns it?
You, after the last payment. We can keep hosting or move it to a server in your name.
GDPR-proof?
No. Data can live in the EU. A lawyer covers the legal side.

Django, HTML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL — you do not need those names to use it.
