Madglove Sense – With Madglove Amsterdam BV, we selected sensors for their specific application and helped their non-technical team create a miniaturized working prototype: battery-powered, cloud-connected, with integrated machine learning for data collection and AI analytics. We developed many prototypes through iterative design and testing, both hardware and software, to test with stakeholders and deliver a better solution to the market.

Mycofarming BV – Mission: enable sustainable agriculture through technology. We delivered custom sensors, computer vision, machine learning analytics, and cloud infrastructure for automated mushroom farming and water/soil remediation, helping them achieve their objectives with a complete data collection and automation system.

Fixed price for prototypes. 30-50% upfront to cover costs, balance on delivery. For ongoing software services (cloud, maintenance): pay-as-you-go, monthly, or yearly retainer.
