Contact Olivabot
We prefer email. A few lines are enough to get a quote. We reply within two working days. A call or a video call if you ask for one. We are a small team in Amsterdam, so you will be talking to the person who does the work, not a salesperson.
New projects and quotes
Firmware, edge AI, computer vision, EU web apps, hosting, CAD, and consulting calls. See services. Email for a quote.
Anything else
Press, partnerships, research, or a question that does not fit anywhere else.

Work is remote and autonomous, across the EU. Call or video on request; we can meet in Amsterdam if it helps.
What to put in the email
You do not need a specification. The more of this we get, the faster and more accurate the quote:
- What you are trying to do, in plain language. “Our sensor dies in three days and it needs to last a month” is a perfect brief.
- What already exists — a device, a codebase, a pile of photos, a spreadsheet, or nothing at all.
- Whether the data has to stay in the EU. It changes what we build.
- When you need it, and roughly what you can spend. Saying a number saves us both a round trip.
If any of that is confidential, say so and we will sign an NDA before you send details.
What happens next
- You email us. We reply within two working days, usually with a couple of questions. A call or a video call if you want one.
- A project outline in writing: the steps, in what order, what each one costs, how long we think it will take, and where it might go wrong.
- We work remotely and autonomously toward that milestone. Hardest problems first — the risks that, once mitigated, make the rest safer to finish.
- You check the work, pay, and continue if you like. You can stop after any step.
If we are not the right people for the job, we will say so in that first reply rather than quoting for something we would do badly. Work that needs a workshop, a production line, or a crew in a field is not us.
