Consulting

A call and a written report. You describe the crop, the device, or the data. We write what can help now, what to build later, and why. Olivabot B.V., Amsterdam. Email services@olivabot.com.

Farm robots

Harvest, prune, spray, weed, monitor — matched to groves, orchards, and farms. One crop or site, one job. Email crop, size, and what hurts; we book the call. Written report within five working days.

Years on robots, hardware, AI, and batteries, including experimental work on Gibbon Bot — a gibbon-inspired arboreal prototype that does not work yet — and Basil Bot, a printed arm that tries to see and cut basil leaves. We also flew a DJI Mavic 3M: maps of groves and orchards. If a tractor, a drone, or waiting is the better move, that is what the report says.

If the answer turns into a build — sensors, vision, a dashboard — that is a separate outline and then milestones. The report is useful on its own.

Cameras, sensors, customer data

Where customer, camera, and sensor data actually goes, what can leak, and the practical fixes. Cameras that catch people and GPS, sensor logs that are personal data, databases with no access control, photos kept forever, text pasted into a chatbot.

This is technical: it cuts obvious risk. A lawyer covers policies and DPAs. Everything we build defaults to a dedicated EU server.

How we work

Email the question in a few lines. We reply within two working days, book the call if it is a fit, and send the report. Remote. Email for a quote.
