How we charge
First version €5,000–€10,000 excluding VAT. Further work in milestones, from €10,000 when it cannot be boxed yet. A data and privacy review is €500. No day rate, no timesheet. Each step is quoted in writing. You check, pay, and continue — or stop.
Three things, one server
- A web app. Login, real data, a link you can send to a customer or an investor. Not a slide deck and not a Figma file.
- A dashboard for hardware you already have. Probes, meters, cameras — numbers and charts on a site your team can log into. This is the software half of what we built for Mycofarming.
- Computer vision. Photos or camera frames in, labels and a log out. Fruit and plants (Olivabot Vision), hand and finger landmarks (Madglove), infrared (Mycosense).
Models that must run on the chip, with no cloud, are edge AI — same people, different page. Server-side vision stays here.
Honest about computer vision
A vision model is only as good as your labelled photos. We ship confidence scores and an explicit "unclear" instead of inventing precision, and the interface coaches people into taking a better photo rather than silently guessing on a bad one. If we do not think there is enough data to make something useful, we will say that before you pay for it, not after.

Where your data goes — and a technical review
Everything we build defaults to a dedicated EU server. Nothing is shipped to a US AI vendor unless you ask for it, and we can sign a processing agreement when we hold data for you.
If the worry is bigger than one app, we sell that separately: a call and a written report for €500 excluding VAT covering where customer, camera, and sensor data actually goes, what can leak, and the practical fixes. Cameras that catch people and GPS, sensor logs that are personal data, databases with no access control, photos kept forever, and text pasted into a chatbot.
Plainly: this is not legal advice, not a certificate, and not a promise you will avoid fines. It cuts obvious technical risk. A lawyer covers policies and DPAs.
How to start
Email what it is for, who uses it, and whether there are photos, sensors, or a camera involved. Two or three sentences is enough.
Reply within two working days. We work remote and autonomously, hardest risks first. After each step you check the work and decide whether to continue. After you pay, the software is yours — keep us for hosting or take it to a server in your own name. A call if you ask.
